Project Methodology

1. MEETING

Here, we either meet at your premises or ours to discuss the process of data collection and problem at hand.

2. PLANNING

A breakdown is done on what is discussed and schedules are prepared. All parties involved are added to the mailing list.

3. EXECUTE

Scheduled task are initiated in the agreed time-frame and reporting on tasks are emailed.

4. TESTING

Testing on the product begins and reviews from both parties are done and implemented for the sake of project end.

5. DELIVERY

After tests are done and agreed upon, the project is set deployed and handed over. All documents signed and accounted for.
